Qualifications or Skill Required:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years experience in a sales
environment. Previous cold-calling experience a plus. Experience in defense industry a plus. Knowledge of IT
hardware a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Assimilate prospecting call sheets from various lead sources including Input, Contact Management
Database, etc.
• Develop method for keeping track of day-to-day prospecting calls – IE noting how many times a
prospect has been called, specific f/u dates, etc. (The purpose of this is to avoid tedious data entry in
Navision for unqualified prospects)
• Track and record data obtained from prospecting calls in contact management database
• Assist with account maintenance items
• Seek guidance and insight from peers
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and position TAG products to meet those needs
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of TAG product offerings
• Staffing the TAG booth at industry trade shows
• Program Reporting Develop intuitive briefs of programs from sources such as Carroll’s, Approps bills,
etc.
• Work with BDM to develop strategic plans to manage large accounts, based on research gleaned from
above sources

Job Description for: Electrical Engineers (8)
Industry: Telecoms (Site/Base Station Construction)
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, and components for construction of base station.
Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
Installations of power generating set, and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards
Plan layout of electric power generating plants and distribution lines and stations.
Connection to NEPA, and installation of automatic changeover panels (AMF and ATS) and other electrical controls
Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment and develop budgets, estimating labor, material, and construction costs
Requirements
First degree in Electrical Engineering or any other relevant discipline with excellent background in civil electrical
Experience in telecom electrical project management such as base stations
Minimum of 6 years continuous experience and be a member of relevant professional body
Must be conversant with all electrical works related to telecom
Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment
Good understanding of safety and security requirements (HSE)

PROJECT ENGINEERS

5 - 10 years of relevant working experience in oil production, management of
